Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use Spoofify, the iPhone location app, and the Spoofify Installer for Mac and Windows (together "Spoofify"), sold at spoofify.net by Spoofify ("we", "us"), contact support@spoofify.net. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

1. What you buy

You buy a personal licence to use Spoofify on one iPhone for the period of your plan. The licence is delivered as a code by email and on the order page, normally within a few minutes of payment. You install Spoofify with the Spoofify Installer on a Mac or Windows computer.

To use Spoofify you need a compatible iPhone, a Mac or Windows computer for the first installation, and an Apple ID. Apps installed with a free Apple ID must be re-signed every 7 days; the installer can do this for you. Please check these requirements before you buy.

2. Plans and prices

  • Weekly: $2.75, charged every 7 days until you cancel.
  • Monthly: $8.99, charged every month until you cancel.
  • Lifetime: $70, one payment, no renewals.

The price shown at checkout is the total price, including any VAT. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or at spoofify.net/pages/cancel, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

"Lifetime" means for as long as we offer and maintain Spoofify. If we stop the service within 2 years of your lifetime purchase, we refund a share of the price for the unused part of those 2 years.

3. Price changes

We may change prices for new purchases at any time. If we raise the price of a plan you already subscribe to, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

4. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Spoofify is digital content delivered at once, you lose this right when you ask us to deliver your code immediately and confirm before buying that you know you lose it. If you did not give that consent, you keep the 14-day right. See our Refund policy.

5. How you may use Spoofify

Spoofify changes the location your iPhone reports to apps. You are responsible for how you use it. You may not use Spoofify to:

  • commit fraud, or deceive anyone about where you are in order to gain money, benefits or access you are not entitled to;
  • stalk, harass or mislead another person, or hide your location from someone with a legal right to know it;
  • interfere with emergency services, navigation for vehicles, aircraft or ships, or any safety system;
  • break any law, or any court or authority order that applies to you.

Many apps, including games, dating apps and streaming services, forbid location changing in their own terms. If you use Spoofify with those apps, they may restrict or close your account. That is between you and them, and we are not responsible for it. Turn Spoofify off before you rely on your real location, for example when calling for help.

You may not copy, resell, share or reverse-engineer your licence code or the app, except where the law allows it.

6. Apple and other companies

Spoofify is not made, endorsed or supported by Apple Inc. iPhone, iOS and Apple ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. Apple may change iOS in ways that stop Spoofify from working. If an iOS update breaks Spoofify, we will try to release a fix. If we cannot restore the main function within 30 days, subscribers can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the current period.

7. If Spoofify doesn't work

Under Danish law you can complain about faults in digital content. If Spoofify does not work as described, contact support@spoofify.net. We will fix it within a reasonable time. If we can't, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. This right does not depend on the right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

We are responsible for Spoofify working as described. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, by breaking the rules in section 5, by actions of other app providers or Apple, or by events outside our control. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent.

9. Ending your access

We may suspend or end a licence that is clearly used against section 5, for example for fraud or stalking. We will tell you why by email. If we end a licence without good reason, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought your plan applies to that purchase. For subscriptions, we email you at least 30 days before an important change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

11. Law and complaints

Danish law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law. For complaints, see our Contact information.
